Auggie is a male red & white AKC registered Welsh Pembroke Corgi.   He is just really funny, he lays down when he wants you to pet him. He didn't really know how he was supposed to act until this last litter of puppies and now he runs all over the place like he is a puppy. He enjoys getting a bath. He loves puppies even though he can't have any. He just really loves to be loved.

Abby (SOLD)

Abby is a red & white Welsh Pembroke Corgi with longer hair. She used to have really bad skin outbreaks but now is one of the best looking of the bunch. She has not had an outbreak in 9 months. She is the one that was the tricky one to figure out what the problem way and it turned out to be intestinal worms.  As long as she stays on the 3 in 1 medicine we use she is fine and I can't say enough about the Purina One large breed as to what it had done for her.

She loves to be around humans and is very loving. She doesn't mind baths, she likes to bicker a lot with the other dogs they kind of have a jealous thing going on because she is the one since she was sick a lot when she was little and got to come in more then the other ones did. I cuddled with her a lot more not showing favoritism but I could wake up give her medicine and go back to sleep. There was a time we and every one else thought she would die but I prayed and didn't leave her side for 3 months and now she is perfectly fine.  There were round the clock medicines that I came up with my self, our vets didn't know how to help her. They said she need to be put to sleep but I started talking to everybody and an old farmer told me what I needed and where to get it.

Don't get me wrong, I also did what the vets told me to do she HAD a condition known as demadetic mange which is hereditary it CANNOT be passed from one dog to another only through blood and it is not a blood disorder it is an immune problem what happened is when their immune system is weakened by something they don't fight of skin mite which humans have them as well every living animal does but most immune systems take care of them but in a animal with demadetic mange when their immune system is weaken and the mites get out of control they make sores and live under the skin so you have to treat them and the weak immune system. Sometimes what causes a weak immune system is intestinal parasites that eats the puppies' nutrient from their food or makes them sick to their stomach to where they don't eat. Once again Purina One large breed has been "a God send" to us here at the Haven.
