These are the terms that must be signed for and filled out that will be sent to you once you've filled out the questionnaire regarding the interest of an adult animal.
The contract will be transferred through either e-mail or fax. 
The actual contract may not be the same as on the site so new buyers will need to read it as well.
You are not permitted to copy, print, or edit any portion of this contract. This is for viewing only unless authorized.

2. Corgi Haven requires the contact information for a licensed veterinarian in your area that you've taken any other pets to.

3. You must agree to the following terms:

a. Every couple of months Corgi Haven requires that you write us updates on how your animal is fairing via e-mail.

b. A few times a year you agree that when asked to provide pictures of your Corgi as proof of its condition.

c. Your Corgi will not be used for fighting other animals or experiments (unless such experiments are to promote and prolong the life of your Corgi).

4. You are aware that your animal has or may have the following health conditions:

5.  You, the prospective owner knows that from the date of this contract that you are responsible for any and all medical care for the animal.   You are aware that every animal over 6 months takes routine monthly medicine, and for your Corgi it is as follows:

6. Prospective Owner acknowledges and agrees to the following:

You have been told about the Corgi's health issue to your satisfaction.
You are willing to pay overnight shipping (medicine must be kept cold) and cost of medicine to the breeder in the event that you cannot obtain the proper medication that the animal has been taking yourself.
You will feed the animal Purina One, large breed adult/puppy/weight management.
If an animal has papers the prospective owner will receive them after six months of contract.
This contract is subject to change even if changes have not been made to the website at the time, but not once an owner has received their Corgi.
Any changes to the owner's address or other contact information must be reported to the breeder, Laura Paynter, so that it may be updated.
Should any legal cases arise, the prospective owner _____________  who lives at __________________________________________________________ agrees to have all cases settled in Laura Paynter's home county.


7. Prospective Owner is aware of the following:
In accordance to this contract you must keep contact with the breeder; if you ignore attempts at contact we will call the Humane Society to check up on the animal.  If they find cause we will have the animal removed.


8. You understand that if the animal in this contract does not work out then you must contact us and allow 7-10 days to make other arrangements for the animal; this may include returning it to us or to another owner.

9. Once you have been told to come pick-up the animal you have one week to do so or it may be given to another owner.
